Spring Season 2020 - Canceled

Hello Northwest 45 Family,

We hope you and your families are safe and well.  We would like to thank each one of you for your continued patience and support during this difficult time. This email will be long and there is a lot of information to be given. Please take the time to read the entire message.

The NW45 Board has had multiple meetings and conversations to decide how to proceed with the Spring Season 2020. There have been a few decisions that were made by the entire board that many people do not agree with. While we do stand by these decisions, we also are taking into consideration what is the best for everyone. We have received feedback from numerous people and we would like to thank you for your insight.  These requests and concerns are not being taken lightly and we have included them in our meetings. The entire board voted to cancel the Spring 2020 Season which is being upheld.

With that being said, we have voted and made a decision that we believe will be in the best interest for everyone involved. There are a few options for you to choose what is best for your family during this time. Please see below options and choose one. 

Options: 
You get to choose whether you would like a refund or credit.
If you choose the credit, you get to choose if you would like it to go towards the Fall 2020 Season or the Spring 2021 Season. You will have to take the entire credit in the season of your choice. 

Refund Option:
You will get 70% of your registration fee, minus fundraiser fee and cost of uniforms. The dollar amount will differ between divisions and a separate email will be sent per division with that amount within the next week. 

Credit Option:
You will get 80% of your registration fee, minus fundraiser fee and cost of uniforms, credited to the Fall 2020 Season or the Spring 2021 Season. The dollar amount will differ between divisions and a separate email will be sent per division with that amount within the next week. 

In order to get the credit or refund, you MUST send in your requests on or before June 30, 2020. Please send only one email, sending multiple emails will result in a delay in your request. We have over 350+ players, so please be patient with us and give us some time to go through each request. 

Refunds: Send your request to [email protected] with your player's name, date of birth, division, team, and if you paid by cash, check, or credit card.  If you paid via credit card, please attach your receipt. 

Credits: Send your request to [email protected] with your player's name, date of birth, division, and team. Specify which season you would like your credit to be applied. 

*Disclaimers:

  • If you were sponsored or paid your registration fee via fundraiser, then you are not eligible for the refund or credit.
  • Any player who has an outstanding balance, that balance will be deducted from the refund or credit.
  • Field Day Maintenance fees are not eligible for refunds or credits. These funds have been allocated and used.
  • If you do not send in your request, a credit will automatically be issued to the Spring 2021 season. 
  • Deadline date for credits to be used is the last day of registration for Spring 2021 season. All credits not utilized will be forfeited. 
  • Refunds will be processed in a timely manner according to our refund policy and may take up to 6-8 weeks to be processed. Note that it may not take this full time frame.
