Executive Board

	President - Dean Wheeler Dean is the father of an 8 year-old who began playing at Northwest 45 Little League in the Fall of 2018. Dean later joined the Board of Directors in the Spring of 2019 and was elected President in August 2022. He is thrilled to be the President of the league and brings his passion for baseball as well as his personal belief that kids gain confidence and a love for the game through positive feedback from parents, coaches, and other players. 	Vice President - Jeremy O'Guin Jeremy is married with two boys ages 16 and 8. Along with being a coach and Board member since his youngest started at NW45 in T-ball, Jeremy spent over 20 years as a fire fighter and has volunteered as a scout leader and adult leader of Trail life USA.
