NW45LL is a 501(3)(c) registered non-profit youth sports organization, and as such, your sponsorship is completely tax deductible. Our league cannot operate without the support of businesses like yours. All Sponsorships are tax deductible and offer a great opportunity to support the youth of our area and NW45LL.

Sponsorship Packet

Dear Sponsor,

Northwest 45 Little League began in 1969 with a vision to bring baseball to the youth of Spring, TX.  In the last 51 years, NW45LL has worked with thousands of boys and girls to introduce them to the sport of baseball.

We would not be able to do that without the valuable support of our sponsors.  We rely on the businesses that are central to our community.  Your contribution and sponsorship are integral in our ability to impact the lives of every child that we coach and mentor through our programs.

Team Sponsorship

We have developed 3 simple tiers for you to choose from to sponsor a team that we hope will fit into every budget.  Each tier comes with Website and Social Media recognition.

Single – $350

This is the basic sponsorship package.  This tier will come with a Logo on the Website, Large Banner to be placed on the outfield fence of one of the fields for 2 Full Seasons, and a full color photo appreciation plaque that you can proudly display.

Double – $500 (Limit 12)

This is the choice sponsorship package.  This tier will come with a Logo on the Website, Highlight Sponsor Placement on the Website for 1 month and Social Media Posts, Large Banner to be placed on the outfield fence of one of the fields for 2 Full Seasons, and a full color photo appreciation plaque that you can proudly display.

Triple – $750 (Limit 14)

This is the executive sponsorship package.  This tier will come with a Logo on the Website, Full Color Rotator for One Month during the season, Social Media Posts, Large Mesh Banner to be placed on the backstop fence of one of the 7 fields for 2 Full Seasons, and a full color photo appreciation plaque that you can proudly display.

Corporate Sponsorship

Scoreboard Sponsorship                                                                    $10,000

Scoreboard sign and 2 Dugout signs for 2 years (4 seasons Spring/Fall), mention on website and social media pages.

            

 

Dugout Sponsorship 2 year                                                                 $5,000

Dugout signs (2) for 1 year (2 seasons Spring/Fall), mention on website and social media pages. 

Dugout Sponsorship 1 year                                                                 $2,500

Dugout sign (1) for 1 year (2 seasons Spring/Fall), mention on website and social media pages.
 

Sound System Sponsor                                                                       $2,000

Small, engraved plaque placed at the entrance of the announcer booth building, mention on website and social media pages. If Field Name Sponsorship is available, sign will be placed above announcement booth facing the field until field sponsorship is claimed or for 1 year (2 seasons Spring/Fall).

     

Safety Program Sponsorship                                                              $2,000

This sponsorship will support the costs associated with running background checks on all volunteer, lanyards with full graphics and color for over 200 volunteer badges over a TWO SEASON period (Spring and Fall Season). All volunteers are required to wear these badges with lanyards while at NW45 and at other locations when representing NW45.
