COVID-19 Refund Policy

COVID-19 Refund Policy for Fall2020 and Spring 2021 seasons

This refund policy will only be in effect in the event that the season either in whole or in part is cancelled as a result of COVID-19.  Voluntary withdrawal from the season will follow established policy and will not be governed by this document.

In the event that State, County, or Local government officials shut down all youth activities, refunds will be distributed using the following criteria.

  1. From close of registration until uniform handout – 100% refund

  2. From uniform handout until first game –80% refund
    1. Uniforms and park maintenance (practices, field maintenance and equipment) are now factored in. 
  3. After games have started, but less than 4 games played – 75% refund
    i. Baseballs, sanitation, assessment fees, umpires, utilities, uniforms and park maintenance are now factored in. 

  4. Once 4 to 6 or more games have been played, 50% refund
     i.  Baseballs, sanitation, assessment fees, umpires, utilities, uniforms and park maintenance are now factored in.

  5. After 6 games have been played, no refunds will be issued. 

Refunds will be approved for accounts that have paid in full status only. Accounts that have applied any discounts will still be eligible for refunds.
